All patient data, image records 2D|3D and settings are saved in the Onyx SQL database on the server. No shared folder is required since all transport is performed via TCP|IP. Data can be synchronized easily between both databases using the container export|import function or the separate sync program. If there is a fix or mapped IP available for the practice server, the local client also could access the practice network via internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Install the second OnyxCeph\u00b3\u2122 database standalone on a local notebook instead of the home computer to use it even you are not connected to the practice network. Data can be synchronized easily between both databases using the container export|import function or the separate sync program.
